The open control loop is described by the transfer function F(z).

F(z) contains (nr) poles with positive real part.
F(z) contains (na) poles with zero real part.
The control loop is stable iff

1) F(z) does not pass throught the point(-1,0)
2) the total phase change of F(z) is theta = 2*pi* nr+na*pi.
